Whether you're seeking support through a challenging time, working on personal growth, or exploring new ways to enhance your well-being, you're in the right place. My goal is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I use a collaborative and client-centered approach, meaning that your goals and needs guide our work together. We’ll begin by discussing your concerns and aspirations, and from there, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan designed to help you achieve your objectives. I work with individuals and families struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems theory, I work to provide strategies and tools that resonate with you. I hope we can work together to help support your path toward healing and growth.

Brittany Simonson

Virtual and In Person Therapy- Montana

Hi, I’m a client-centered therapist who believes therapy should feel human—not scary, sterile, or out of reach. I bring warmth, humor, and a down-to-earth approach to the work we do together. Whether we’re tackling deep-rooted patterns or figuring out why you keep procrastinating your emails, I’m here to help you explore, heal, and grow in a way that feels real and doable. As someone with late-diagnosed ADHD, I have a soft spot for the daydreamers, the side-questers, and the people who never seem to fit the mold. I also know how exhausting it can be to try. I’ve worked in child protection, treatment courts, alternative schools, and recovery centers, supporting first responders, military families, survivors, and individuals in recovery. I’m trained in DBT, CBT, IFS-informed work, and motivational interviewing. I believe in a person-centered approach and know that you're the expert on you. Expect a mix of warmth and authenticity. I’ll meet you where you are and gently challenge you when needed. Therapy is work—but you don’t have to do it alone.

Richard McNutt

Virtual and In Person Therapy- Pennsylvania

My name is Rich McNutt and I have done therapy for some 37 years. Prior to therapy I taught school, painted bridges, and worked as a machinist in a steel mill. I mention this because of the life experience granted me in that part of my life travels. I began working in a drug and alcohol treatment center for 20 years after getting my Masters’ Degree in Counseling Psychology. During that time I did three years trainings at the Gestalt Center in Cleveland, Ohio. I post myself as a Gestalt Therapist. I have specialized in the last 17 years in relapse potential and the relationship to trauma. I come from a place believing that addiction is much more than a relationship to the drug alcohol and other drugs, but relates to all manner of human behaviors, ie food, gambling, sex. I also believe the journey via your family has an impact on how you organize and believe in life generally. I also trust in the notion of Spirituality and mans and woman’s right to breathe and believe freely.

Dwight Hood

My name is Dr. Dwight Hood. I am a school psychologist and licensed professional counselor. I have worked with children and families for the past 29 years. Children and adolescents with learning differences can often have a tough time at school and in their communities. Understanding information in the classroom when being taught can be as hard as dealing with relationships. This presents a variety of expectations that require attention to detail, focus, and planning that are often difficult for diverse learners to handle effectively without help. I seek to help to help all children and their families. I value children with learning differences and their families. I provide counseling and therapy intended to assist with learning strengths and areas of need to foster emotional growth.
